在学院, parent involvement is more than welcomed – it is foundational to the life of our school. The 阿尔布开克学院 Parents Association (AAPA) and our multicultural and diversity parent councils play critical roles in fostering a sense of community on campus. There are many ways parents (and even grandparents) can strengthen their connection to our school – whether it’s helping out in the library or bookstore, 参与家庭活动, 或者参加演出.

Parent council leaders are committed to keeping council members informed and to serving as resources for families unsure of where to go for a variety of information. Networking and making new 朋友 are additional benefits of getting involved with the councils.

Actively listening to students and other members of the Academy LGBTQIA+ community is our starting point.
